PBIS

PBIS is a proactive positive systems approach for creating and maintaining safe and effective learning environments in schools.  At ALC-West we will find a way to reach, teach and get students back on their ROADS to success; every student every day.  PBIS provides strategies for students to engage in the classroom by setting behavioral expectations, positive rewards, and clear consequences.  PBIS promotes a more positive school climate and more trusting and respectful student-teacher relationships.
